Hi again! I have another beauty product and miscellaneous stuff haul for you.
so lets begin!

This is an overview of all the products that I just bought

My all time favorite moisturizer. I love this one because it has already spf15, it's non-comedogenic, hypo-allergenic and fragrance free which is good for sensitive skin like me. This cost only Php 150.00 at watsons which is very affordable.

Clear anti-dandruff shampoo. I have dandruff right now maybe because of the previous shampoo that I've been using. When I'm home I use this shampoo because my Dad really likes this product and it's the only thing that my mom is buying and I noticed that it helps me with my dandruff. When I came back here I stop using clear because I'm using shampoo that helps treat damage hair. So I'm gonna try this again maybe it will help me since it is an anti-dandruff. This cost Php 54.00.

Recently I just bought the nivea roll-on deodorant but I've decided to try this one because my friend says that its very effective for B.O and for sweaty armpits. This one cost Php 79.00 at watsons drugstore.

Personal medicine kit. I bought this one to put my fish oil supplement which I just recently started taking. This cost Php 30.00 at handyman.

Scalp massage shampoo brush. Massaging scalp helps the circulation of blood  to the head and face and gives nutrition to the hair, it also helps reduce the occurrence of dandruff and this is the reason I bought this because I'm suffering from dandruff. It only cost Php 75.00 at handyman.

and the last one is the colgate toothbrush. It is important to change toothbrush every 2 weeks or at least once a month. This is a great deal because it has free 1 toothbrush, it has also tongue cleaner at the back of it's head. This cost Php 47.50.

Green tea

Honestly I don't like the taste of a green tea but since it has lot of good benefits I decided to drink at least once a day.
 There are actually a lot of articles available online about green tea and I'm sure after reading it you might also want to try it.

My first time drinking green tea I promise to myself not to drink anymore because it taste bitter and I really can't bear it, but last week while I was searching for a green tea to try I saw the lipton green tea and bought one tea bag and it cost Php 6.50. This one taste much better than the one I've tried before, it's not that bitter and it is also tolerable.

then yesterday I decided to buy one box of lipton green tea. It cost Php 66.00 and it consist of 10 tea bag sachet.

 I drink this during breakfast because it is the best time to drink a tea, because it also helps  metabolism.

Here are some benefits of green tea:

1.      Weight Loss. Green tea increases the metabolism. The polyphenol found in green tea works to intensify levels of fat oxidation and the rate at which your body turns food into calories.

2.      Diabetes. Green tea apparently helps regulate glucose levels slowing the rise of blood sugar after eating. This can prevent high insulin spikes and resulting fat storage.

3.      Heart Disease. Scientists think, green tea works on the lining of blood vessels, helping keep them stay relaxed and better able to withstand changes in blood pressure. It may also protect against the formation of clots, which are the primary cause of heart attacks.

4.      Esophageal Cancer. It can reduce the risk of esophageal cancer, but it is also widely thought to kill cancer cells in general without damaging the healthy tissue around them.

5.      Cholesterol. Green tea reduces bad cholesterol in the blood and improves the ratio of good cholesterol to bad cholesterol.

6.      Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s. It is said to delay the deterioration caused by Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s. Studies carried out on mice showed that green tea protected brain cells from dying and restored damaged brain cells.

7.      Tooth Decay. Studies suggests that the chemical antioxidant “catechin” in tea can destroy bacteria and viruses that cause throat infections, dental caries and other dental conditions

8.      Blood Pressure. Regular consumption of green tea is thought to reduce the risk of high blood pressure.

9.      Depression. Theanine is an amino acid naturally found in tea leaves. It is this substance that is thought to provide a relaxing and tranquilizing effect and be a great benefit to tea drinkers.

10.  Anti-viral and Anti-bacterial. Tea catechins are strong antibacterial and antiviral agents which make them effective for treating everything from influenza to cancer. In some studies green tea has been shown to inhibit the spread of many diseases.

11.  Skincare. Green tea can apparently also help with wrinkles and the signs of aging, This is because of their antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activities. Both animal and human studies have demonstrated that green tea applied topically can reduce sun damage.

Mini thrift haul

After my class this afternoon I went to department store and found out that they are having a mid year sale. There are only few things that I purchase because it's the only thing that I like.

First thing I bought is this skirt and I really like it because it looks simple and cute and it's 50% off so I paid only Php 149.50 instead of Php 299.00 it's a really great discount.

While I was holding it, I thought I need to try it because its in size small and it might not fit me, but I decided to try it at home so that if it will not fit me I'll make this as my goal for my weigh loss. When I reached home I try it on and it stuck on my thighs so I put this goal to my calendar one month from now.

The second one I bought is from a different store and this is just a simple shirt and I love it. This shirt is really cheap but the cloth is very soft and comfortable it only cost Php 69.00. It's a great deal for a shirt.

The third one is ankle socks because all of my socks were left in my hometown when I went home and I only have three pairs. So I decide to buy a sock since I just recently started to run again. It's only Php 50.00 for three pairs.

And the last one is bougth in a different day. I bought this checkered polo in a boutique and I love the color because its a combination of blue and pink and its only Php 199.00.

 
The total of all this item is only Php 467.50. Four items under Php 500.00

Back to running

I'm back in running and yesterday is my first day. I know I haven't run for almost half a year so yesterday morning I decided to run again as part of my workout. My schedule would be 5:30-6:30 in the afternoon after my class since I have class until 5:00.

Today is my second day and I just got home from sports complex and I'm very tired but still I'm doing my blog.
I'll be showing you my outfit:

I'm just wearing a comfortable shirt, jogging pants and a comfortable shoes

I always bring water and face towel to keep me hydrated. So drink a lot of water guys 'coz  this will also help to clean our internal organs.

skin product mini haul

I went to watsons yesterday to bought some products that I'm almost out of it.

and here are the products that I bought.

First thing I bought is the St. Ives apricot scrub pore cleansing. Actually this is my first time using the pore cleansing. what makes me wanna try is the good reviews that I've read about this. they said that this product helps them with their acne.

Second is Body oil. I use body oil after bath to prevent stretch marks. I do have stretch marks on my thighs and butt this is not due to weight gain but due to scratching when I have my period. Usually I use the johnsons baby oil but when I found this I decided to try because the bottle is so cute.. 

I also bought eskinol toner. This toner is great because it really dries up my pimple over night.

and the last one I bought is deodorant. I'm using nivea, and I really  really love this deodorant, this is the only product that helps me with my B.O. When I was in 6th grade I perspire a lot and it causes me B.O, I've tried many products specially the avon deodorants but it did not work.  I do still sweat a lot even today but it's not smelly.
