Fitting February

February is all about love and proms and I'm sure girls are very excited to wear those nice and beautiful dresses and dance with their crush during prom.
I remember when I was in third year high school when we had our JS Prom, I had to do my make up and girly stuff because I was left alone in the house that time and I'm no expert in make up and had no experience, so I just apply face powder, lip gloss and that's it.
The prom was held in our gym and the funny thing was the prom started at 1:00 pm and we we're like  in the sauna. That was my experience in my first prom and I did not enjoy it so when I reach fourth year I decided not to join prom again.
OOH by the way! I was the only one got enrolled in a public school because during the entrance exam in the school we're my two older sister went, we had a youth camp in our church and I don't wanna miss any  event that time so I ended up in enrolling in public school. I did not regret it and I actually enjoy my high school life even though I was not participating in any events but I enjoy being with my two best friends and  they are the one giving me confidence.

I'm supposed to buy hair color but I got scared to dye my hair so I went to department store and saw this beautiful dresses and I fit them. This outfit is so gorgeous and I wanted to buy it but I don't have money right now. So I just took a photo of it.. Hooray!

I forgot to turn off the flash of my phone

2013 A New Beginning

I know it's too late for me to greet everyone but still I'll greet you all Happy New Year!
New year means new life, new beginning, new hope.

My current picture. "I know my nose is so flat and I hate it,
but I'm still thankful that I have a nose."

In early September 2012 I stopped blogging for some reason but now once again I'm back and this time I will update my blog. In the year 2012 I had so many goals that I failed to achieve and hopefully this year I will be able to achieve my dreams and goals.

How I get rid of my dandruff

Have you tried of using different brand of anti-dandruff shampoo to get rid of those white flakes in your head but nothing works?

Well, I've tried it before and my dandruff isn't going away but now I don't need to worry about dandruff anymore.

I have dry, frizzy, and damaged hair even though I'm not using hot tools. I've been washing my hair everyday since I'm working out every morning and I  need to wash those dirts off but I noticed that my dandruff is getting worst so I did a  research and found out that the main reason of dandruff is having a dry scalp. What I did to get rid of my dandruff is by using olive oil to moisturize my hair and my scalp.

Olive oil has lots of benefits and uses. It is a great moisturizer for skin, hair and our scalp. It's not expensive and can just be easily found in most of our kitchens.

Here's how:
* After I wash my hair I let it half air dry and then lather small amount of olive oil in my palm and rub it in my hair starting from the ends working towards the roots and then I massage my scalp. I've been doing this for a week now and I can really see the results.
* I also take fish oil supplement for healthier skin and hair.
* I also deep condition my hair with hot olive oil mix with a moisturizing deep conditioner once a week
.
Now my hair is less frizzy than before, it is more manageable, less prone to breakage and  most importantly my dandruff is gone.

Thanks and God bless!

Skin update

It's been three weeks and  I haven't experience any breakouts. So I'll be sharing to you what I've been eating and doing to avoid breakouts.

Here's how:
*  I wash my face morning and night with St. Ives pore clearing cleanser, followed by eskinol toner and my celeteque moisturizer.
*  I'm using  the tomato and egg mask for preventing and getting rid of blackheads.
*  I eat good foods like fruits and whole grains and  eliminated all the bad foods including soft drink.
*  I drink plenty of water including skim milk  and green tea.
*  I take fish oil supplement for my skin, hair and nails.
*  I do exercise every morning because being fit is important and it also helps the circulation of blood in our entire body.
and lastly
*  I make sure to have enough sleep because stress can cause breakouts. Anyway, last week was our midterm exam. In the past, I've been experiencing lots of breakouts during exam week because of lack of sleep and stress  but now I managed to have at least 6 hours of sleep that's why I didn't experienced breakout the entire midterm week.

That is basically my everyday routine and I'm still researching on natural ways or affordable creams that would help get rid or at least lessen the visibility of acne scars. If anyone have tips, ideas or products that worked on you, let me know.

Thanks and God bless.

Klik - ube shake nail polish

I love nail polish and I love watching my nails with a bright colors specially pastel and  neon colors.

I usually change my nail polish once or twice a week and today I'm wearing Klik nail polish regular - ube shake color and I love it.
It needs two coats if you like darker but if you like brighter, one coat will do. Klik is so affordable and it has a nice coverage. It only cost 16 pesos and its worth it.
